I was in invited to interview as they found my resume - I did not apply. I show up at the agreed time and the owner, the one who invited me on the phone, seemed to have no idea who I was. I remind him he found my resume. He immediately tells me he is looking for a different candidate. Bizarre and unprofessional experience.

Owner scheduled an interview over the phone. I had to wait 45 minutes for him to get to the lab because he forgot about my interview. It was evident he did not prepare for it at all, as he had no idea what was on my resume.
