1st round- written test (duration:2 and half hrs), consisting of basic aptitude, logical reasoning and descriptive writing on processes.
2nd round - Discussion with the Lead/Director
3rd round - HR round

Interview process is much better than i have ever attended. But they didn't get back to me about my interview results. I have many times asked them. But they just told me that we will call you and we just hold your profile like that.

firstly it was an online interview session. Pretty easy to get through and when i got selected they called me for another round of interview where again they concentrated more on aptitude. Also essay writing and technical writing were major part of the session.
