I went through three interviews that seemingly went well, and this was in a period of 2-3 weeks, so I was under the impression they were interested in hiring me. After the third interview, I was told they would get back to me asap, and they ghosted me and never got back to me. It was disappointing to have been led on for several interviews to be ignored entirely. This felt like a waste of my time since they didn't have the consideration or respect to respond to me. It would have been nice to receive information about the position, even if they went with another candidate.
