First I had a 15 minute phone screen that went well. I was moved to the next step which was an hour long interview. The interviewer did not show up to the next THREE interviews. Let me reiterate, THREE times in a row NOBODY showed up to the scheduled interview.
One time, I understand other priorities happen.
Two times okay, I'll still give you the benefit of the doubt.
Three times is just negligence and not caring.
Origence's talent team said it was miscommunication, apologized, and wanted to schedule a FOURTH attempt. At this point I withdrew my application. They obviously don't care or respect their candidates. Total waste of time.

Entrevista
Four rounds of interviews with a combination of cultural fit and technical knowledge. Technical/coding portions were not too difficult, some basic algorithms and OOP knowledge. It went fairly fast, going through one or two interviews a week and the recruiter was always quick to check in the next day. Interviewers were always on time, nice, and professional.
After the last interview, complete silence. No check in, no feedback of any kind. Considering how on top of things they were, this came as a surprise. At least a rejection email would have been appropriate given all the time involved.
