I was given a phone call asking me to come in for an interview. I was asked to arrive 30 min early to complete a questionnaire. I arrived to find a grid containing different time periods and different historical areas such as literature, music, historical events, etc and asked to fill in what I considered the most important 3 events, works, or people for each category and time period, but not pressured to fill them all in. I then was interviewed by a panel of 4 people (I was not expecting so many) who proceeded to ask me questions about customer service skills, my reaction in hypothetical situations, real-life experience, and rol-play of book recommendations. It was much more intense than I had anticipated.
