The interview for librarian is very intensive, but they want to make sure you are comfortable and competent to answer the kinds of questions you will be asked as a reference librarian. You are required to fill out a worksheet dictating your information interests and fluency and what expertise you may be able to bring to the position. They also ask you to recommend books and other media based on a patron scenario they give.
