Virtual interview after an hour interview on the phone. They had 5 people in a zoom call and another person on the phone. I thought the interview went well even though it was 1.25 hours long. I was not offered the position and I asked for feedback regarding my interview. The feedback I received was i was "slightly" unprofessional because I could not answer some of the questions right away, too much "umm" - specifically the question below. They also mention that I took the interview too "lightly", I was smiling too much. I felt that the feedback was directed to my personality not about my knowledge and work ethic. Then the last comment in the email mentioned that I was professional for reaching out and asking for feedback.
