Overall, the interviewer was very professional. The questions were thoughtful and engaging, and the manager seemed genuinely interested in learning about my background. It did not feel rushed. A positive experience.

Nice casual honest conversation about the company and pay structure. Expressed they have lots of leads to work and that they are switching to a more traditional agent platform rather than the salaried positions they once had.
