While we are very disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience, cultivating and maintaining a diverse culture is a top priority for the organization and Orbitz Worldwide has been recognized by several organizations for the steps we take to welcome employees of all backgrounds. For example, Professional Woman’s Magazine recently named Orbitz to its “Top STEM Companies for Women 2015,” and for the eighth consecutive year Orbitz received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual “Corporate Equality Index.” Crain’s Chicago Business even featured Orbitz in a story about workplace prayer rooms, noting that our prayer room in particular “provides a sanctuary for Muslims saying daily prayers, Christians who read the Bible and others who meditate.” The entire article is available here:
