I applied on LinkedIn, after about a week I heard from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was about a week later and lasted about 20 minutes, very easy and comfortable. Next I was invited to an in person interview the following week where I met with four people; the recruiter, and three people from the hiring department. The in person interview was challenging, but the interviewers did their best to make me feel comfortable. Each person felt more like a conversation than an interview. As group dynamic is important, this felt like a good sign during the interview. I received an offer the following week. The entire process took about month.
