A third party "consultant" is currently revamping company and employees. Had an initial interview and then was scheduled for 2nd round which was also virtual. They couldn't provide compensation numbers and just asked, "what are you looking for and what do you need to make." I followed up one week after and three weeks after to which I was told the interviews were still "on-going." 2 months later still no word or response. If you're looking for an unprofessional company that lacks basic and appropriate communications skills then this is the place to go.
