Entrevista
The recruitment process consists of several stages, beginning with a CV screening followed by an online technical assessment via Coderbyte. This assessment features a combination of easy and medium coding challenges to be completed within a one-hour time limit. Candidates who pass this stage will proceed to multiple rounds of user interviews, where technical depth and cultural fit are evaluated further.
