Position created to fit my recruiting and press release background. I am semi-retired and love that I can work part time making a difference. Came prepared, a few minutes early, not too early, this can annoy most prospective employers especially when they have a tight schedule. Just brought in folder, with several copies of my resume and a small purse...ID might have been necessary for filling out paperwork. I maintained good eye contact and made sure handshake was firm. Asked them to describe what ttheir expectations were as well as company history. Did research on my own prior to the interview so I did have an understanding of the culture and direction. Once I understood the position I let them know how I would approach it. For me it was easy..I've been a recruiter for over 30 years and I know what works and what doesn't work when on an interview.
