The hiring process for Orange Labs consisted of 3 parts:- First was a technical task where they ask you to implement it within the working hours (8 hours) using Spring Boot then the technical lead discuss with you your implementation (DS, OOP, Design Patterns if there). my advice for this step is to check what are the best practices for spring boot and java and how to structure your project well. The second part was the technical exam, they give you about 2 ~ 3 weeks to prepare for it with a mock exam, do not get tricked but the mock exam as the real one is much harder and focus way more on problem-solving. The last part was the HR Interview (fully in English) and it was just a normal discussion about you and your expected salary. My advice to anyone applying to make sure to get the offer first before leaving your current company as I was accepted and they were supposed to send the offer but some changes happened to the account and they decided to freeze the hiring and keep the current headcount.
