It was through a staffing company, Had direct F2F interview round. There was no aptitude test, or some problem solving questions at the start of the interview. Telephonic round was absent, because they were in need for an Service Engineer immediately. First was with the management person taking interview to see how you communicate, and what level of knowledge or grasping power you have, also previous working history. Had the second interview with the Technical person on same day. Got spot offer, and i accepted.

It was good and the interviewer didn't waste time. The technical and management round were quickly done with. There was slight confusion regarding the job profile initially though. Overall, the interview process was better than a lot of other interviews I have given.
