3 entretiens d'embauche, RH, Manager et Technique. Le plus délicat est l'entretien RH, ils essayent de bien jauger les envies d'évolution de carrière, histoire de ne pas recruter quelqu'un qui une fois embauché de donnerait pas le meilleur de lui-même, se sentant arrivé et protégé ( car il est très difficile de se faire licencier d'Orange)

Certification is must nowdays if want job please do the certification
