Not good. Had 3 rounds of interviews. Ask the basic questions (prior experience, why OBC). Every round I asked for a pay range and nobody could give me straight answer. Made it past the "Final Interview" only to never hear back, which I believe is due to what I requested in pay. Don't string people along, be upfront and honest. Total waste of time.
