Phone screening is first step and then online assessment. Then you take a tour of facility and then a one-on-one interview with the manager. Then you meet with the team and see the area that they sit in. A description of the position and requirements of position are discussed in the interview and then the manager talked extensively about their accomplishments and financial standing.

The interviewer for the initial interview is friendly and professional. After your initial application, the shortlisting took about 2-3 days before they will email you about your interview schedule. This is for the rolling intake role for fresh graduates.

FYI, this is my initial interview so no offer extended yet. Overall, it was a fun and easy experience. The questions were the typical HR questions and more about the role. Just study those and you're good to go. The HR was really kind and approachable and answers question asked. After the last question, she briefed me about the role and told me right away that she'll endorse me to Superday (the final interview).
