The interview process was not smooth. My first round was delayed due to no-show by the interviewer, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Although I received positive responses during both rounds, the final feedback was unexpectedly negative with no explanation. I requested improvement feedback but didn’t receive any response. Clearer communication and timely feedback would really help improve the candidate experience.
