It was very casual. I spoke with an HR recruiter who brought me in the door for the job, then I spoke with two team leads that would be my managers in the AE role. They were all extremely nice, and I had a very pleasant experience talking to all people I interacted with.

fast and quick with detailed description of job responsibility and outlines by the hiring manager. expectations were set and aligned and the company followed through. Longer process than some but manageable.
