In my HR screening interview, I was asked about my professional background, whether I required sponsorship, and my preferences regarding team placement, ensuring alignment with the company's requirements and my career goals.
first round: 1 hour resume review. second round: 3~4 hour behavioral/technical interview. interviewers were friendly except for one who was distracted. topics were very area specific. make sure you read the job posting.
