I received a call from the recruiter very unexpectedly and he was extremely intense straight away. No rapport building, just an abrupt approach - not the best introduction to the company! I spoke him through my experience in thorough detail and he asked me to participate in another interview with him, this time it would be for an hour on zoom. A few days later, and after much preparation, I joined the call. The recruiter was continuously interrupting me and claiming I hadn’t answered his question despite the fact he hadn’t allowed me to finish the answer! He had a very aggressive approach through the duration of the interview and asked “why would I apply for a role that I have so little experience in”. I was completely shocked about this comment as I had far more years experience than the job specification was asking for, it was just a slight a change in the product set I would be selling, which is a pretty common occurrence with sales people! Despite this, why did he bother to arrange the video call if he did not think my experience was the correct fit for the role? I was then ghosted, no follow up, not even to tell me I hadn’t been successful in progressing to the next stage. Extremely rude and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. It’s a real shame, as for all I know the hiring manager and team could have been great and appreciated my experience, but unfortunately the recruiter was a terrible representative for the company and red flags were raised from the first conversation.
First phone interview with the HR. She agreed I was a good fit for the position and she wanted to move forward with the interview process. I then got ghosted. I think it's always good to follow up with the candidate.
You have an interview with the Hiring Manager and their boss in round 2.
Then you'll do a presentation and talk about OCI as well as your approach to sales, how to breakdown accounts and plan your week, etc.

Two phone interviews with the recruiter. Straightforward process. Went through class of program so it may be different than an experienced hire sales program. Role was for telesales so they were assessing my ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
