Applied through Linkedin jobs. First started with an HR phone screening. And based on that she actually recommended another position that she believed I would be a good fit. Then had an online coding assessment where you have fixed time and all tests must pass and you must explain your solution. After that I was reached out for on-site tech interview. Interviewed by 2 people.
