I did a 15 minute screening interview. After that I did three 1-2 hour long technical interviews. They weren't too difficult, or too technical. For this position, and especially it being for a position in a new office, what they really wanted to see was any exposure to Oracle products and a definite interest in the company so they have an indication that you are interested in working for them and going through the necessary training to do the job well.

The interviewer for the initial interview is friendly and professional. After your initial application, the shortlisting took about 2-3 days before they will email you about your interview schedule. This is for the rolling intake role for fresh graduates.
