Multiple rounds, with very delayed response. There was nothing unexpected. They check whether you can sustain their work environment which is high pressure and high award.
The HR takes their sweet time to repspond to your queries, probably because of their internal approvals.
Three rounds, everything was well organized. Continous feedback from the recruiter. Smooth process. Clear expectations were set early, interviews were professional and focused, and decisions were communicated promptly, creating a transparent and candidate-friendly experience overall.

Simple two step Interview process. Hiring Manager and the LOB Head. They would like to her more on the previous sales experience, achievements and industry knowledge. Knowing about Oracle Cloud is an added advantage.
