I entered the selection process by being recommended by a current Oracle employee. For 4 weeks, I've been through one 1:1 interview, one Excel test and 3 phone interviews.
The good part was the professionalism of interviewers. I must confess that I have never been to a more structured, enjoyable and empowering interviews.
The bad part was the offer presentation. It was made by phone, with no clear details, mainly presenting only the salary, no other benefits included. I will find out the other benefits when I will go and sign the contract.

It was a pretty normal recruiting process. Meeting with TA manager and Director of talent. They also had a few other directors interview me and it was pretty fast. I will say it took long for an offer to come out.

I had an interview with the recruiter for pre-screening, and then one more interview with the recruitment manager. Pretty much got asked the same things. I didn't have any test to take.

I was in the process once, met nice people, just first rounds, then I decides to accept offer from another company.
But fine process anyway. I would consider applying for the job again if I am looking for a job next time. I liked the team working there
