Easy process , Took several months to get the final offer.
Basic questions on all technologies - Java , J2EE Cloud
There was face to face , telephonic HR and Managerial rounds.
Walked in with full confidence and cracked the interview.

Entrevista
My interview process was extremely pleasant. A recruiter found my resume in their system from a different position I applied for and emailed me asking about my interest in the Senior Solutions Consultant role. I had a 30 minute call with her to chat about the role and tell her a little bit about my background. She then moved me forward and here are how my interviews went afterwards:
- 1 hr interview with the Director, Sales Consulting
- 1 hr interview with the Senior Solution Consulting Manager
- 1 hr informal "day in the life" interview with a Solutions Consultant currently on the team
- 1 hr demo presentation dry run with the same Solutions Consultant
- 1 hr final demo presentation with all 3 interviewers
All of this was done within a week and a half because I informed Oracle that I had many interviews with other companies that I was progressing through to further rounds. I greatly appreciated this because I did receive many offers and ultimately I accepted Oracle's offer because of how seamless the interview process went and how good of a fit it felt like it was for me. Everyone I interviewed with had a more conversational style instead of the typical "describe a difficult situation and how you overcame it" type of question. They really took the time to get to know me and for me to get to know them as well. That made the interview process feel more personal and not at all cold, like many of my other company's interviews went. Overall, I would honestly say that it was the best interview process I've ever experienced.

How do you feel about leading a demonstration to a customer for a long period of time, for example 4 hours?
In this role you will be presenting and demonstrating the product to a potential client, are you open to practicing with your colleagues and receiving feedback on your presentation skills?

Entrevista
Straight forward 3 Stage Interview Process. Started off with a phone screen with an HR Recruiter who just reviewed my experience and spoken in further detail about the responsibilities of the role. Then proceeded to an in-person interview with one of two managers responsible for the group of 20 Solution Consultants which primarily service SCs for SDRs and overlays account executives. This interview was not overly technical, more a desire to understand that I was somewhat technically competent and okay with the responsibilities of the role. Then had a panel interview with 3 other Solution Consultant Managers from the same organization but not from the group within which I would be working within. I had to present a PowerPoint presentation of a product of my choosing while the attendees roleplayed as stakeholders during a Q/A session.
About a week later, I was presented with an offer which I accepted.
