I applied online at JobStreet.com and received an email from HR a few weeks after. There were two exams, both of which we had to write code. The next day, I was called in for an initial interview. There were two interviewers and they asked to summarize my resume and demonstrate some IT concepts mainly on databases. The same day I got the next interview and it was very similar to the first one.

I loved the interview they actually went more into your education background and experience as they want to know more about the applicant. They've also asked on where you live to account for the travel distance and as such.

It was particularly meticulous with technicalities of being a developer from technical knowledge, project management, and analyzation skills. They also made me detail my past projects and how I handled it.

The interviewers are very proffesional, although it takes time to know the results, they will send you an update whether you pass or not. They are proffesional and they dis not cherry pick in choosing the candidates .
