Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Oracle (Columbus, OH) en feb 2016
Entrevista
3 phone interviews; 1st w/ a recruiter, 2nd w/ a regional manager, 3rd w/ a different regional manager. after my 3rd interview, the recruiter called me the next day and offered me the job. I accepted.
I was shockingly surprised at how easy the interview process was for such a big-name company. I have a lot of sales experience so maybe that was why, but questions were very conversational. I was never asked a hard question that i got tripped up on.
interviews last 30 minutes.
First phone interview with the HR. She agreed I was a good fit for the position and she wanted to move forward with the interview process. I then got ghosted. I think it's always good to follow up with the candidate.
You have an interview with the Hiring Manager and their boss in round 2.
Then you'll do a presentation and talk about OCI as well as your approach to sales, how to breakdown accounts and plan your week, etc.

Two phone interviews with the recruiter. Straightforward process. Went through class of program so it may be different than an experienced hire sales program. Role was for telesales so they were assessing my ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
