My interview was a straight forward conversation with the Branch Manager followed by a conversation with the Regional Vice President. The questions were basically a review of my resume along with a description of the job and how my qualifications would fit into the roll. We discussed the company culture and were I saw myself in the future and where they saw the company going.

Met with my manager during my previous job and he was able to get me an interview that week. I went to his branch and had the interview with him for about 20-25 minutes. After that he got in touch with the Regional Vice President and Sales Director. We then had a formal interview then after that accepted position a few days later.
