I got a phone interview with Valerie in Sept 2021 for the Sacramento, CA branch. Valerie was easy to talk to, it felt like we were talking person to person about my future goals and what they were looking for in an employee, not like I was being interrogated.

My interview with Valerie was awesome! She was very clear with all the job requirement for the BT position. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole interview. She was very easy going and I enjoyed talking to her.

Entrevista
I was able to schedule a phone interview that addressed the companies main questions and my own personal questions. After the initial phone interview a secondary video interview was set up that included the details of the job offer and any last minute questions. Once both interviews were completed, I received an offer letter by email!

Interview questions were based on my experiences working with children. I was asked what made me decide to apply, how I would work to resolve conflict or disagreements, and my personal favorite question, what are my favorite activities to do with children.
