Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Opus Technologies (Pune) en abr 2025
Entrevista
I had a very disappointing experience.
I attended a walk-in interview on a Saturday. After going through two technical rounds and one HR round, I was informed that I had been selected and that the offer would be released within two days. I waited for three weeks, during which I kept receiving calls from different consultancies regarding the same Opus hiring.
After three weeks, I finally received a call stating that the project I was selected for had been put on hold, and I would need to attend two more technical rounds for a different project. I agreed.
I attended the first technical round, which lasted around 20 minutes. It was a positive discussion, and I was confident about my performance since the questions were basic and straightforward. However, when I followed up with HR the next day, I was informed that I was not selected.

The interview process included a Technical Round 2, followed by a Managerial Round 3. After the Managerial Round, there was another Technical Round 4, and the process concluded with an HR Discussion. This sequence of interviews involved an initial Technical Round 2, then a Managerial Round 3 to assess management skills, followed by a Technical Round 4 to further evaluate technical abilities, and finally an HR Discussion to finalize the process.
