Entrevista
The first rounds are two test and each is three hours. One test in on reasoning and the other on basic programming regarding sql and algorithm. Then, two phone interviews, each lasts about 30 minutes. The onsite interview is one three hour test in the morning and meeting with several employes in the afternoon.

They ask basic questions on operation research, data structures and algorithms
Referred by email forwarded by my departmental secretary. Then I took two 3-hour written tests. One is half IQ test and half is operation knowledge test. And the other test is a programming test. Then follows phone interviews. I didn't take the phone interview. The test is kind of hard.
