1. Asked about my nursing background 2. What makes great attendance? How many times have you been absent in the last year 3. Interviewer named the 5 values and asked which one I relate to the most and why 4. Why am I leaving my current job. 5. What do I think my day would be like working the job that I applied for.
It was Very laid back. The meetings took place on Zoom calls. I was used to always having my camera on at my previous employer, but no one at Optum does.
