The interview process is a bit disorganized. I applied for one position and I was suddenly getting calls from recruiters for both the UHG and OPTUM sides. It was a bit confusing since I wasn't sure what I was interviewing for even though job titles were the same. Managers asked some common questions but the hiring manager was from the strategic side when the position was for the technical side. It was a bit confusing and disorganized. One manager was a bit condescending also when he was asking questions that really had nothing to do with if I had the skill set to perform the job.
