This was at a DaVita location in SoCal, before Optum took over. I showed up 10 minutes early. Checked in, was informed that my interviewer was running late, and would be there in 10 minutes. I checked in multiple times with staff and got different responses, some staff told me that my interviewer was in the back, just busy. I left after an hour and 20 minutes of being ignored, sitting in the waiting room with patients. The office was not clean, and staff was unprofessional. I did reach out to their recruiter about this experience and received an apology and request for another interview. I declined.

I initially got an interview for a remote position. They incorrectly listed the job as remote. I was informed during my interview that if I got the job I would have to relocate to Wisconsin.

It was a long process and very thorough. First, you’ll be scheduled for phone interview, then if you did great on your phone interview, you’ll move on to in person interview. Interviewers are very nice and professional. They ask a lot of questions about your future plans and how you’re going to be a good fit for the company.
