They called me to schedule a pre screening interview and after that i was scheduled to do an online video meeting. The online meeting was about 30 minutes long, it was mostly based on customer service so they asked a lot of questions on handling customer situations.

Really standard interview they asked me more about the job responsibilities and if I can handle it but I mostly was asked about the schedules and if i could handle the many cases
