1st Round - very long online assessment involves quick maths, finding sequences, probability questions and a series of SapQ games
2ndRound - behavioural screening, failed on this one, good experience though. Questions asked are regular behavioural questions

Behavioural questions involved: "what is your biggest achievement to date?" "why you want to work as a quantitative trader?" "why Optiver?" "How did you stand out comparing to other candidates?"
Telephone Interview, followed by an online test. The telephone interview asked basic behavioural questions, nothing technical at the telephone interview stage. The whole interview takes around 40 mins to finish

Eerste ronde een rekentoets met 80 vragen waar je 8 minuten voor krijgt.
Tweede ronde nog een rekentoets, inductieproblemen, en iets soortgelijks aan een IQ test (patronen herkennen).
Daarna 3 interviews, een HR screening, een technische interview en een final interview.
