Entrevista
Basic behavior questions (Why Optiver? Why Trading? Tell us about yourself) and some probability question (which are mostly covered by the Green book, so nothing special was there) and some mental math. The interviewer was quite nice and polite.
Online assessment with a bunch of games, probability questions, and IQ test type stuff. First round live trading game. Second round live trading game with more variables and more participants. HR call. Final round click trading game.

OA followed by a behavioural interview then two technical interviews focusing on probability and trading games with limited information. After that would have been a Super Day but I was rejected following the second technical interview.
