Behavioural based interview - there was some trickery and I got the feeling they were seeking ‘feedback’ at the end of the interview and I felt like they were seeing if I would correct them and see if I would give them feedback as they mentioned the wrong company that I was currently working for - I find this dishonest. The team looks like a scene from Beverley Hills 90210 and all English (!! - I don’t have anything against this and not meant to come across as profiling but I find this odd) and it was continuously mentioned how incredibly smart everyone is. I get that. Good for you. The recruiter mentioned the feedback as savage. Good for them as I understand there is high turnover and the HR team doesn’t have a seat at the table. Interesting.
