It generally went smoothly and professionally. The interview was well-structured, the questions were clear, and there was a good balance between discussing experience and assessing problem-solving or fit. The interviewers were engaged and allowed time for questions, which made it feel like a two-way conversation rather than an interrogation.

Online aptitude testing followed by phone interview with HR, then face-to-face quick HR interview and coding test, then a team interview where I gave a presentation and answered some general questions and brain-teasers.
I had a great time during the process. The face-to-face interviews were not at all intimidating, with everyone being genuinely interested to talk with me to find out if I was a match for the role and vice versa. Unfortunately I missed out on the role (I came in as second choice, if that matters), but from what I gathered from the people I met, it would be a great place to work.

In the team interview there were a few brain-teaser questions that I had to solve "thinking out loud".
initial round with hr and hiring manager. then project based followed by discussion with researcher and trader. project is not hard but requires detail oriented mindset and test on research pipeline construction.
