It generally went smoothly and professionally. The interview was well-structured, the questions were clear, and there was a good balance between discussing experience and assessing problem-solving or fit. The interviewers were engaged and allowed time for questions, which made it feel like a two-way conversation rather than an interrogation.

Entrevista
I applied to the Amsterdam office through an acquaintance who was already employed at there.
First round consisted of a 90 min long online test (30 questions, 3 minutes per question) on sequences, and attention to detail.
Second round was a half hour long phone interview with someone from HR. Basic motivation questions.
Third round was an hour long Skype interview with two of their researchers. This consisted of three parts: 1) tell them about a project you've done, 2) math puzzles, 3) questions for them.
I've just heard that I may continue to the last round; face-to-face interviews at their office. Not sure I'll get an offer yet.
initial round with hr and hiring manager. then project based followed by discussion with researcher and trader. project is not hard but requires detail oriented mindset and test on research pipeline construction.
