Got OA -> HR Screening -> 1st technical. OA isn't that hard in my opinion. For HR just show that you're motivated and not too autistic. and 1st technical is in depth betting knowledge

Online assessment with a bunch of games, probability questions, and IQ test type stuff. First round live trading game. Second round live trading game with more variables and more participants. HR call. Final round click trading game.
