3 weeks after submitting an online application, I received an email to complete an online test. This was a SHL mental aptitude test with 30 questions - 3 minutes per question. Couple of days later, I recieved an invitation for a telephonic interview with a recruiter. This was motivational + competancy based. Two days later I recieved an invitation for on-site interviews. There were three interviews:
1) Interview with a recruiter: motivational + competancy based questions
2) Technical interview: puzzles + probability based questions
3) Technical interview: puzzles + probability based questions

Pregunta 1
You have a 100 storey building and 2 eggs. Both eggs break at a certain height. How will you determine that height while minimizing the total number of drops?
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
first round of math probability
2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment
