My interview was something different. I met with the supervisor and the entire team. the team got to ask me questions about my background and experience. It was an opportunity for them to see what kind of person I am and decide if they wanted me ob the the team, and an opportunity for me to meet the team and see if i wanted to work with this group. It was informal and friendly. I actually enjoyed it.
