I interviewed with a lead technician and pharmacist. They were very polite and personable. They let me know about the company in a professional manner. They gave me tour of the facility and explained a few of the processes

Simple standard questions. I went through a recruiter. Just prove you are reliable. That's the biggest thing. Also, don't be weird. Don't be a flake. Don't be lazy. Be willing to sell yourself.
