This was all remote (nothing in person/on site). They approached me. The first step was a video interview, and then they asked me to answer questions and submit videos via an HR portal highlighting details of my work. The reason I'm giving this a "thumbs down" is because as soon as they had my case studies, all I heard was crickets. It went from a glowing response to the interview and the submitted questions to no response whatsoever afterwards, even though I was supposedly going to have a follow-up interview with org heads. I believe they were simply mining for case studies from experts to get ideas with no intention to actually hire.
