The work culture is pretty laid off and that was what that initially attracted me to the job. I was referred to by my friedn who worked there and I talked to the person who was the supervisor. he asked me basic LIDAR based question and situational question like "What would you do if a customer is angry and supervisor is not present?" Right answer was to call the supervisor if he is not in reach call the team leader who informs the persident of th ecompany.
