The first step in the process was a phone interview with Katie. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease pretty quickly. The questions were fairly standard and straight forward. During the phone interview she inviting me into the office to meet with people in the department. When I got to the office I was already sold. The office space is so bright and colorful with graffiti on the walls (stating OppLoans core values), everyone was friendly and there were snacks EVERYWHERE. The company currently has 2 floors so I was escorted upstairs to meet with one of the trainers in my department. The first trainer I met with was John who seemed chill and knowledgeable. The second person was my supervisor Sidney. Sid was very personable and spoke more about the great culture. He last person I met with was Natasha. Natasha asked the most about my work history. She also focused on what I want my future to look like at OppLoans. At the end of our meeting she offered me the position and I started 2 days later.
