Phone screen with a project manager, then director. Finally a talk with my immediate group. It seemed like they were desperate for a warm body (this was for Opentron's their now defunct subsidiary, The Pandemic Response Lab). It was very straightforward and received an offer. The interview with the team was very informal and just a talk about my background and why I'm interested in the job.

Long and tiring interview process, the admin side was highly communicative and helpful. The company focuses on the STAR method and interviewer definitely stick to that method and ask questions related to that method. Can be difficult to answer if unprepared.
